India's largest two-wheeler manufacturer, Hero MotoCorp, has now introduced the Hero Connect feature to the country's popular scooter, Hero Maestro 125. The platform was launched last year by Hero MotoCorp to connect lakhs of its customers across the country. Hero's connect platform is based on artificial intelligence technology that provides security and safety to the rider and aims at enriching the overall driving experience. 

Hero MotoCorp shared the new TVC featuring Ranbir Kapoor, on their Twitter account. While sharing the two-wheeler manufacturing company tweeted, "Introducing the most advanced Hero Maestro Edge 125 with Hero Connect technology. Hero Connect platform is an embedded e-SIM and telematics hardware that works to communicate with cellular networks. It creates a link between the device and mobile app, which shows rider safety, vehicle safety, driving report, live tracking, tow away alert, geo-fencing and parking spot locator. 

The bike manufacturing company has introduced this feature only to the selected dealerships in a few cities. It is currently available on the machines like Destini 125, Xpulse 200, Xtreme 160 R, Pleasure+ and Pleasure + Platinum. The Hero Connect feature comes at the price of Rs 4,999.
