Salman Khan confirms working on his passion project 'Salman Talkies'
He plans to open his chain of theatres in the outskirts of the city and rural India.
Salman Khan will be back on screen with his home production 'Antim: The Final Truth' along with his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. He is a big-time multi-tasker that everyone knows and he took some time out from his acting, producing and hosting schedule to work out the nitty-gritties of his passion project 'Salman Talkies'.
He reportedly said that he had plans to open theatres, and hopefully he will soon do it. Salman denied the fact that the project is off the charts due to the pandemic. But he agreed to the fact that he has put everything related to this project on hold because of the pandemic and, slowly he will get back to it.
But, the fans would be disappointed to know that Salman is not planning to open Salman Talkies in cities. He plans to open his chain of theatres in the outskirts of the city and rural India, where people usually don't have access to the theatres.
For this project, Salman Khan has met several producers, distributors and exhibitors to make a concrete plan and understand the workings of the market. As per the reports, he will flag off his first project in Maharashtra and later he will expand it to other states.
