Hrithik Roshan celebrates 15 years of 'Krrish', announces Krrish 4

Hrithik Roshan celebrates the 15 years of Krrish by announcing the fourth part of the franchise. The actor took to social media handles to announce Krrish 4. 

Hrithik shared a short video of the superhero leaving behind his mask. "The past is done. Let’s see what the future brings. #Krrish4 #15yearsofkrrish #Krrish4", he wrote.

The first blockbuster part of the franchise 'Koi Mil Gaya' was released in 2003. It was followed by the two equally successful films 'Krrish' in 2006 and 'Krrish 3' in 2013. 

Krrish was the prequel of Koi Mil Gaya in the franchise which was directed by Rakesh Roshan. It set the story of Rohit Mehra who gets superhuman abilities from his alien friend Jadoo. His powers were inherited by son Krishna Mehra in the second film and he also struggles to keep his alter ego Krrish under wraps. However, Krishna was forced to reveal his identity to save the world ultimately.
