Exercises that Men should add to their workout routine for a toned physique and good health

Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar on her official Instagram account, has listed three exercises that men must add to their workout routine, which helps in overcoming aging effects like balding, growing a flabby tummy, and avoiding fine lines and wrinkles on the skin. 

While sharing the video on the Instagram timeline Rujuta captioned, "3 exercises men must do for hair growth, a flat stomach, and glowing skin."

In the video, one can see Rutuja explaining about three exercises namely, Squats, Deadlifts, and Chest Press. Talking about the benefits of the exercises Rujuta mentioned as follows:

Squats: It is a strength exercise that targets all the lower body muscles. This exercise helps you to strengthen your core and muscles of the lower body. It can also help to diminish injury risk and improve exercise performance.  

Deadlift: This exercise helps to improve your posture and also helps in the secretion of testosterone and hormone growth in men. Deadlift exercise must be done under expert supervision to avoid injuries. When the exercise is done with the right posture deadlift can also help manage lower back pain. 

Chest press: This exercise is most favorite of men as it helps to build your chest muscles.
