Being positive is a state of mind that makes a big difference when it comes to living a peaceful life. But wondering how to feel good constantly? Yoga is the key!

One can bring positivity to life through some yogic ways. By inducing optimism into life one can easily avoid negative thinking. However, there are no specific asanas that could render positive thinking. It is a synergic result of the five principles of yoga which are asanas, pranayamas, relaxation, meditating, and the right diet. These principles synchronize the body and mind and help in the healing process. 

Asanas

Asanas are exercise poses to improve circulation, leaving one with the feeling of rejuvenation. Yogic stretch stimulates, strengthens, renders the level of flexibility. It also releases the seven chakras- Mooladhara, Swadhisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha, Ajna, and Sahasrara which helps to ignite positive thinking.

Pranayama 

Yogic breathing helps in breathing properly. Rhythmic breathing allows proper absorption of oxygen and paves way for a better-detoxified body. 

Mindfulness

Practising mindfulness along with proper breathing will help in dissipating stress and anxiety. A stress-free mind makes the body feel relaxed expelling the negative thought process.

Meditation

Use the powerful technique of meditation to create self-awareness and introduce your brain to positive thinking. Close your eyes, breathe right and forget everything else. 

Eat right

Yoga practitioners usually say that what you eat impacts your mind and body. Following a wholesome diet packed with fresh veggies, fruits and home-cooked food will make one feel fresh physically as well as mentally.
