Yasmin Karachiwala's seven-day intense squat exercises will help to burn fat and hit the grind

According to Yasmin's Instagram post, the seven-day workout routine consists of five different exercises with twenty repetitions of each exercise. The exercises need to perform in three sets, and on the seventh day, one can crank it up by doing 1000 repetitions.

Exercise is the most important part of our life and some people find it difficult to follow up their regular workout at the gym due to improper instructions or knowledge, which results in not achieving good physic. Nevertheless, Pilates and celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala is here to guide you to hit the goal with an intense workout challenge.

Yasmin shared a seven-day fitness routine on her Instagram timeline, which involves several variations of Squat. She shared a video with the caption, "Burn! Shred and Sweat cause, YK300Challenge is here. The most exciting and intense challenge. 7 days, 7 different exercises, 7 different body parts. YK300Challenge."  

According to Yasmin's Instagram post, the seven-day workout routine consists of five different exercises with twenty repetitions of each exercise. The exercises need to perform in three sets, and on the seventh day, one can crank it up by doing 1000 repetitions. 

On day 1, Yasmin suggests working the legs by doing 300 squats. Following, that she listed out five more exercises for the intense seven-day workout. The exercise includes 'Cross Arm Front Squat (20 Reps),' 'Frog Squat Dumbbell Swing (20 Reps),' 'Dumbbell Moving Squat (20 Reps),' 'Crisscross Squat Jumps (20 Reps),' and Dumbbell Sumo Squat to Lateral Lunge (20 Reps). 

To get the maximum benefit of the routine, the celebrity trainer listed out all the dos and don'ts of the fitness challenge. She instructed her followers to have '8 glasses of water, a handful of nuts, 2 servings of fruits, 2 serving vegetables, exercise regularly, and to sleep 7-8 hours.' The trainer also mentioned avoiding junk food and soft drinks, alcohol, dairy, red meat, and sugar while doing the challenge.
