Kashmir is now home to India's first Igloo Cafe
According to reports, the owner of the cafe Syed Waseem took inspiration from Switzerland's hotel and decided to build something similar in India.
Apart from the mesmerising scenic beauty, Kashmir recently got a new place of attraction, a unique Igloo cafe. As per reports, post the pandemic era new restaurants and cafes are opening at a fast pace. Entrepreneurs are also leaving no stone to explore new opportunities and give customers lifetime experience. The latest distinct addition is Kolahoi Ski resort's Igloo cafe located in Gulmarg.
The cafe which is situated in the premises of the resort features tables made of ice and snow. Around 200-300 visitors come to this cafe daily and relish the hot delicious food. The menu includes the Kashmir's special beverage Kahwa and in meals both veg and non-veg options are available.
According to reports, the owner of the cafe Syed Waseem took inspiration from Switzerland's hotel and decided to build something similar in India. The Igloo cafe is approximately 15 feet high and 26 feet round. It accommodates the capacity of 4 tables and 16 guests. The cafe features a lovely arched doorway and patterns are designed on the walls.
