InMobi acquires UK-based Appsumer to expand mobile app advertisment

InMobi, the Indian multinational mobile advertising company, announced a definitive agreement to buy Appsumer, a UK-based performance insights platform for mobile app advertisers. The company gives a 360-degree view of marketing spend across channels which allows them to turn complex data into rich insights. 

Appsumer offers marketers no-code integrations with more than 100 marketing channels, customisable dashboards for clients for building and tracking goals and KPIs, daily processing of marketing data for precise measurement, and informed decision making. The London-based company has different firms in its umbrella which include Miniclip, Loovoo, Picsart, Trainline, and Viber. 

Along with this agreement between InMobi and Appsumer will build an operating system that makes an understanding user acquisition funnel easier using artificial intelligence (AI). It will build predictive capabilities in the platform to help marketers grow quickly and emphasize improving results from companies' user acquisition strategies.
