Vinay Prakash is the new Resident Grievance officer appointed by Twitter India. The appointment comes between a stand-off with the government when the new rules came into effect in March 2021. Dharmendra Chatur was appointed earlier as interim resident grievance officer for Twitter India. Nevertheless, Chatur resigned from the post in June.
