There are many food stalls in and around IIM-Ahmedabad but Fakiraa Burger is the food stall that is liked by the people because there's a huge crowd of students at the stall.

The thing which so unique about the food stall is that its owner Parthiv Thakkar has refurbished his 30-year-old Maruti 800 to sell American and Mexican food.

To start this food stall, Parthiv left his career as a stage performer in the US and returned to India in order to be with his family during the tough times. His savings started depleting as his wife was battling cancer and the money was spent on the treatment.

His working experience at pubs and love for food led him to launch Fakiraa Burger. In a day he sells around 100 burgers along with tacos, pizza pockets, sandwiches, burritos and tortillas. He reportedly said that he cannot compare to the life he had in the US, but he said that he is happy with what he has managed to do here.
