Also, the Indian men's hockey team stormed into the quarterfinals of the Olympics 2020. They defeated champions Argentina by 3-1 scoring, two goals in the final two minutes. The first two quarters were goalless for both the team. India made the goal in the 43rd minute by Varun Kumar and broke the deadlock. Vivek Sagar Prasad and Harmanpreet Singh scored the next two goals in the 58th and 59th minute, which earned victory for the team.
