Google to soon launch an app 'Switch to Android' for iPhone to copy data and apps on Android devices

Google is developing an app named 'Switch to Android' the application will copy data and apps from the iOS device and transfer them into an Android device.

Now transferring data from iOS to Android will get more ease, Google is developing an app named 'Switch to Android.' The application will copy data and apps from the iOS device and transfer them into an Android device. 

Reportedly the traces of the app were found in a recent update of the Android 'Data Restore Tool' in version 1.0.382048734. The app is similar to Apple's 'Move to iOS' for Android. The 'Switch to Android' app is absent in the devices. The user, for now, can upload or back up all of the files to Google Drive from iPhone to retrieve them on Android later and complete the process. 

While observing on the google blog, the data transfer process can take place with a local Wi-Fi network or a hotspot on Android. The iPhone can connect with the hotspot to start the data transfer as similar to apps like WeTransfer, JioSwitch.
