Xiaomi's Mi band 6 launched, have a glance at the price details and specifications

Mi band 6 is the successor of Mi band 5, which the company launched last year. Mi band 6 comes at the price of Rs. 3,499 for everyone. If you are an existing Mi user, you can avail of the discount of Rs. 500.

Xiaomi's recently launched its smartwatch Mi band 6 in India in its Smart Living 2022 event. As of now, this is Mi's most expensive fitness band in India. It is worth the cost as it has plenty of features. Mi band 6 is the successor of Mi band 5, which the company launched last year. Mi band 6 comes at the price of Rs. 3,499 for everyone. If you are an existing Mi user, you can avail of the discount of Rs. 500. 

While revealing the fitness band online, Mi India tweeted, "Mi Fans, your wait is finally over! Introducing the future of smart fitness - #MiBand6 Hit like if you’re ready to bounce into action with Mi #SmarterLiving2022 #FutureIsSmart". 

The fitness band will go on sale from 30 August in India. The device will be available on Amazon, Mi Home stores, and Mi.com. Apart from the default black strap. It has colour options of Light Green, Blue, Orange, and Maroon.

The band is a 1.56-inch capsule-shaped device with an AMOLED touch screen and has 486x152 pixel resolution. The company has provided over 80 customisable themes.

The highlighting feature of Mi band 6 is the stress tracker, as mentioned by the company in its tweet, "The #MiBand6 is here to keep your stress away. The stress monitor keeps track of your stress levels and gives suggestions for easing and recovering from stress. if you're eager to try this smart feature. #SmarterLiving2022 #FutureIsSmart". 

The band comes with 30 workout modes and can automatically detect four out of them. The workout modes include Zumba, Stretching, Gymnastics, Cricket and more. To track swimming, it has a special swim tracking mode. A 5 ATM water-resisting technique tracks it.

It has connectivity options of Bluetooth 5.0 and is compatible with devices running on Android 5.0 and above or high versions of iOS. It has a magnetic port at the back for charging. The band runs on a 125 mAh battery which can go on for 14 days on standby time. The company reportedly states that the device gets fully charged in under two hours.

Mi band 6 has various sensors to track sleep, sleep breathing quality, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and other things. The band is not having an integrated GPS tracker.
