Social media comes with its own ups and downs, one side where we see it filled with so much negativity on the other side it gives a ray of hope to many out there and the best examples are of Baba Ka Dhaba's couple or the recent 98-year-old UP's Chana Chaat seller. Social media communication has truly helped these small businesspeople.

Here's another incident that took place recently, a Twitter user took to his profile to tweet about the plight of a Litti Chokha seller near Versova beach area, Mumbai with a motive to help him. Have a look at his tweet.

The tweet which was shared by a user Priyanshu Dwivedi read, " This guy is Yogesh. He is selling best Litti-Chokha in the town (Near Versova beach, Mumbai) and Just for 20 rupees per plate (Which includes, 2 littis dipped into butter, delicious chokha, chatni and salad). He is trying to sell his delicious litti on @zomatoin but he is not able to list his shop just because he doesn't know much about the process, also whom to contact for. He told me that right now he is facing financial issues and facing a tough time. He said, 'Mahine ka kiraya nahi nikal paa raha hai bhaiya, oopar se yaha sabhi ko paise dene padte hain.' He is planning to shut his shop. I request @zomato and @deepigoyal to help him out with their platform. I guarantee 'Itni badhiya litti kahi nahin milegi.' His shop is opposite to signal near the graveyard in Versova. The shop opens after 2:30 pm every day. "

As soon as the user tweeted, the tweet started receiving many retweets and thousands of likes. The official account of Zomato Care also responded and mentioned, "Hi Priyanshu, sorry for the delay in response.
